100 Years • 100 Volunteers!
As United Way of Mid & South Jefferson County celebrates 100 Years of Impact, we are proud to recognize and honor the volunteers who have helped strengthen our community throughout the years. This nomination is an opportunity to highlight individuals whose service, dedication, and passion have made a meaningful difference.
This form may be completed by nominating a volunteer or through self-nomination. Selections will be made in June and honorees will be announced at the United Way of Mid & South Jefferson County Annual Meeting Celebration on June 17, 2026.
