Priscilla Ochoa

Priscilla Ochoa serves as Director of Engagement for United Way of Mid & South Jefferson County, where she leads community impact, strategic communications, digital engagement, and initiatives that strengthen nonprofit and community partnerships across Southeast Texas.

During her tenure, Priscilla has helped develop and expand programs focused on early literacy, volunteer engagement, and access to community resources. She developed the original framework for United Way Super Readers, helped advance the organization’s digital strategy, and has championed bilingual outreach to better serve Spanish-speaking families.

In 2024, Priscilla participated in the first United Way Worldwide Brand Cohort and was later invited to share her organization’s successful brand implementation at a professional conference.

A first-generation college graduate, Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and an MBA in Marketing from Lamar University.
