In 2023, the United Way MSJC Summer Reading Palooza provided 950 students in Kindergarten and First Grade with books for the Summer.
The United Way fights for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our community. In 2021, the United Way funded 35 programs across Southeast Texas that work towards the same goals. UNITED, we are stronger. These are the results of our community efforts in 2021.

The United Way of Mid & South Jefferson County is excited to share our newest Initiative, The West Port Arthur Community Garden. This is Initiative is in partnership with the Garden's Board of Directors. We are just getting started and can't wait to share the plans for our collective impact in education and fighting food insecurities through the work at the Garden, together!
