COVID-19 Relief Fund Application

This grant application is graciously brought to you by supporters and donors of the United Way MSJC to support currently funded program of UWMSJC following COVID-19

Special Project Grant

To assist the community and organizational recovery efforts within Mid & South Jefferson County.

Applying

Those interested in applying for Program Support Project funding must submit before 4PM on May 29, 2020.

Timeline

Funding decisions will be made no later than July 10, 2020

A report summary and financial report is due September 30th, December 23rd, with final report due at project completion or by March 31, 2021.

This is a restricted grant.

Awarded funds used for expenses beyond grant scope or not utilized are to be returned.

Funds not expended before March 31, 2021 must be returned.
