• Day Care Receipts and Provider ID#
• Education Receipts (if any)
• Your spouse, if filing a joint return
• Interest and dividend statements from your bank/savings
• Mortgage property taxes or interest (if any)
• A voided check with Bank Account # and Routing # for direct deposit
