YMCA to have free day Sunday, Nov. 6

YMCA of Port Arthur, 6760 Ninth Ave., will be open to the public for a free day from 1-6 P.M. Sunday, Nov 6.

YMCA of Port Arthur strives to bring quality programs to enhance the lives of the residents of Port Arthur and its surrounding communities.  This event is open and free to the public. 

1pm - 5:30pm  Open Swim

1:30pm  Family Yoga, Group Fitness Room

2pm  Hot Dogs, Chips and water served, Parking Lot; Family Zumba, Group Fitness Room

2:30pm  Three Legged Race, Front Field

3pm  Family & Friends CPR taught by PAFD, Social Hall

3:30pm  Sack Races, Front Field

4pm  Zydeco Line Dance Lesson, Gym
